During his 19 years in baseball Tony Gwynn has become one of the best players in recent history. A 15 time All-Star, Gwynn is both an offensive an defensive threat with eight batting titles and five Gold Gloves to his name. A future Hall of Famer he is a member of the 3,000 hit club and is the first player in history to win two batting titles in two different decades. On the left front tail is the "Russell Athletic" label with the size "50." Across the front of the jersey is the name "San Diego" in blue on white/orange tackle twill and on the back is the name "Gwynn" in blue tackle twill. The player number "19" is below this which is also made of blue on white/orange tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the "1969-1999 Padres National League" anniversary patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alteration of any kind.
