Undoubtedly the most talked about pair of sneakers from the 2018 NBA playoffs were these beautiful custom painted “Scary Terry” sneakers worn by Terry Rozier of the Boston Celtics. These playoffs were a coming out party for the fan favorite Rozier with this overall play and hustle. These sneakers have been conclusively photo-matched to all three games Rozier wore them, including the Game Seven clincher vs the Milwaukee Bucks and the Game Five clincher against the Philadelphia 76ers. Rozier also wore them in Game One against the Bucks where he scored 23 points in an overtime victory. The sneakers were custom-designed for Rozier by New Hampshire High School senior Dylan Robie. Nike “Kobe” manufactured size “12” black, green and gold sneakers with white trim. Rozier’s now famous “Scary Terry” logo in a “Scream” mask holding a green shamrock is painted on the outside ankles. The inside of the right sneaker reads “Scary” and the inside of the left sneaker reads “Terry” painted in white above a white Nike “Swoosh” logo. Painted on the toes in white is “GMB”. Gold painted shamrocks are seen throughout the sneakers. A minimal amount of paint is fading due to game use and is documented in game photos. These sneakers are properly tagged, were presented to us as playoff worn and show use. A rare opportunity at a 1 of 1 pair of sneakers. Accompanied by a LOA from Photo-Match.com confirming the match.
