Tony Perez is recognized by his Cincinnati Reds teammates and other baseball experts to be the glue that held together the "Big Red Machine". This recently inducted hall of famer, finished his career with 379 home runs and 1652 RBIs. On the inside lower right is the "Rawlings" label and adjacent is the flag tag reading "Set 1 1978". On the left breast is the Expos logo in red/white/blue tackle twill and below this is the name "Expos" in blue tackle twill. On the back of the jersey is the name "Perez" in blue tackle twill. The player number "24" appears on both the right breast and on the back of the shirt. The numbers on the front are made of red tackle twill and the numbers on the back are made of blue tackle twill. There is an autograph on the upper right front in blue marker that rates an 8. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
