In another routinely impressive season, "Rock" Raines hit .320 and stole 70 bases in 79 attempts. The 5-foot-8, 190-pound sparkplug played his first 12 seasons for the Montreal Expos, before stints with the White Sox, Yankees and A's. All told, he played in 1,275 games, won the batting crown in ‘86 when he hit .334, stole 807 bases, including 90 in ‘83, and scored 1,548 runs. On the inside right front tail of the jersey is the "Rawlings" label with the size "42." Adjacent is the flag tag reading "Set 1 1985." On the left breast is the Expos logo in red/white/blue tackle twill and below this is the name "Expos." On the back of the shirt is the name "Raines." The player number "30" appears on both the right breast and on the back of the jersey. The letters and numbers are made of red tackle twill. There is an autograph on the Expos logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
