During the 1990s, Roberto Alomar was clearly the best second baseman in the Major Leagues. This five tool player combines outstanding offensive capabilities with defensive play rarely seen at his position. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Russell Athletic" label with the size "46" and below is the year tag "1998". Across the front of the jersey is the name "Orioles" in script style letters and on the back is a white nameplate with the name "Alomar". The letters are made of black on orange tackle twill. The player number "12" appears on both the left breast and on the back of the jersey. The number on the front is made of orange on black tackle twill and the number on the back is made of black orange tackle twill. Included with the jersey are pants. Inside the waistband is the "Russell Athletic" label with the size "35" and adjacent is a white label reading "12 Alomar 35/35-32-98". The numbers denote the player number, waist size, inseam and year, respectively. The uniform shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
