On the left front tail of Sirotka's jersey is the Russell Athletic" label with the size "46" and below is a white label reading "33-46-97" denoting the player number, size and year, respectively. Across the front of the jersey is the name "Chicago" in script style letters and on the back is the name "Sirotka". The player number "33" appears on both the left breast and on the back of the jersey. On the left front tail of the Drabek jersey is the "Russell Athletic label with the size "46" and below is a white label reading "15-46-97" denoting the player number, size and year, respectively. Across the front of the jersey is the name "Chicago" in script style letters and on the back is the name "Drabek". The player number "15" appears on both the left breast and on the back of the jersey. On both jerseys, the letters and numbers are made of black on white tackle twill. On the left sleeves is a patch commemorating the death of Nellie Fox. The jerseys show game use and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
