Rafael Palmeiro had more hits in the 1990s than anyone except Mark Grace. He shares the American League record having hit a home run in 24 different ballparks. Although primarily a DH now, Palmeiro was a three-time Gold Glove-winning first baseman when he played for the Texas Rangers from 1988-93. Returning to the club in 1999, he hit 39 homers and drove in120 RBIs in 2000. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Rawlings" label with the size "44" and below is a gray patch with the player number "25" in blue Swiss embroidered stitch. Across the front of the jersey is the name "Texas" and on the back is the name "Palmeiro." Below this is the player number "25." All the letters and numbers are made of blue on white tackle twill. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
