Kazuhiro Sasaki is a prime example of the great talent that is coming from Japan. Sasaki was named AL Rookie of the Year in 2000 after recording 37 saves. On the left front tail is the "Russell Athletic" label and below is the size tag "52". Below this is the "2" Extra Length" label and next to this is the year tag "2000". Across the front of the jersey is the name "Mariners" in blue tackle twill on a teal/silver backing and on the back is a white nameplate with the name "Sasaki" in blue on teal tackle twill. Below this is the player number "22", which is also made of blue on teal tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the "Seattle Mariners" patch. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
