This 20x25" full-color image depicts action from the 1969 NBA Championship series, pitting Chamberlain of the Lakers against nemesis John Havlicek of the Celtics. One of the twelve "Living Legends" prints commissioned by Sports Illustrated, available on a subscription basis in the mid-70’s. Very fine, high quality print featuring the work of noted artist Bob Peake. Chamberlain and Havlicek signed the bottom of the print in pencil and in our opinion the signatures rate a combined 9. The print is hand numbered in the bottom left corner "461/1000". Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
