The most important thing in hitting is a players hands. The batting gloves in this collection have protected some of the more well known hands in baseball. First is a single glove used and signed by Cal Ripken Jr. The glove has his number "8" on the wristband and the signature rates a 7. Also included is a signed pair from Jose Conseco. One has been signed on the manufacturers label in black and the signature rates a 7. The other has been signed on the thumb and rates a 5 to 6. Other unsigned single gloves include Doc Gooden, and Lenny Dykstra. There is also one pair each from Joe Carter and Carlos Baerga. Both of these have been signed with signatures that rate from 7 to 8.
