During a 20-year career, Tom Seaver compiled 311 wins, 3,640 strikeouts, 61 shutouts and a 2.86 ERA. In 1992, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame by the highest percentage ever recorded at the time (98.84%). On the inside front right tail is the Rawlings manufacturer’s tag size “46” with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag reading “SET 1 1977”. On the left chest is a “REDS” logo patch in white chain-stitching on red tackle twill. On the right chest and on the back is the player number “41” and across the back is the player name “SEAVER” all done in red tackle twill. The inside underarms have been tinged red and there is minor baseball related staining throughout the front of the jersey. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from longtime Cincinnati Reds scout George Zuraw and a Photo-Match.com LOA grading the jersey a perfect 10.
