Hall of Famer Dick Williams led the 1984 San Diego Padres as manager to a 92-70 record and an appearance in the World Series. Offered here is Williams’ World Series jersey. In the rear neck is the Wilson manufacturers tag size “44” with washing instructions. On the front left tail is a brown strip tag reading “23 84” embroidered in white chain stitching. On the left sleeve reads “RAK” in yellow tackle twill as a commemorative patch for their late owner Ray Kroc. Across the chest reads “padres” and on the back is the manager number “23”. These are done in yellow on orange tackle twill. Across the back on a brown nameplate is the manager name “WILLIAMS” in yellow tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as manager-worn and shows use. Accompanied by a LOA from Photo-Match.com LOA confirming the match and grading the jersey a perfect 10.
