Roy Halladay was posthumously elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2019. Of the 329 Cooperstown residents, he's just the 56th to be voted in during his first year on the ballot. From 2002-11, Halladay led the league in wins (170), win percentage (.694), shutouts (18) and complete games (63). He also won two Cy Youngs. Halladay wore this jersey on August 20, 2010 in a 1-0 victory over the Washington Nationals, throwing 7 shutout innings. On the front left tail is the Majestic size “50” manufacturer’s tag. On this tag is a MLB hologram serial number “FJ343775”. On the left seam is a “Majestic COOL BASE” tag. On the left inseam is a “+1 “body” tag and a “100% POLYESTER” tag with washing instructions. On the front right tail is a year “‘10” white swatch. Across the chest reads, “Phillies” in red and blue embroidery on white tackle twill. On the back and left sleeve is the player number “34”. Across the back reads the player name, “HALLADAY”. These are done in red on white tackle twill. Above the player name is an official “MLB” logo. On the right sleeve is a black circle patch with the number “36” stitched on it in memory of Robin Roberts. On the left sleeve is a “Majestic” logo embroidered. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from Photo-Match.com confirming the match and grading the jersey a perfect 10.
