This 1951 Philadelphia post card has been signed by Hall of Famer Chief Bender. Bender signed the back of the post card in black ink with the added inscription “1951” above and in our opinion the signature rates a strong 8. On the verso is a handwritten address. The post card has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA as authentic. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
