Carl Brewer won three Stanley Cups with the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1962, 1963 and 1964. In 1966 and 1967 he played with the Canadian National team, winning a bronze medal at the 1967 world hockey Championships. His brief stint in HIFK made such an impact on Finnish hockey that he was inducted into the Finnish Hockey Hall of Fame in 2003. On the right inseam is the Doug Laurie manufacturer’s tag. Across the chest is the “TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS” official logo done in blue and white felt and embroidery. Across the back and on both sleeves is player number “2” in blue tackle twill. The sweater displays beautifully. There is a repair on the right elbow area and consistent fading to the identifiers. There are minor holes throughout the jersey. This sweater is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-worn and in our opinion shows excellent use.
