The Seattle Mariners haven't won a World Series but the team and its fans celebrated like they had on October 8, 1995 when the Mariners beat the New York Yankees in 11 innings in game five of the AL Division Series. Refusing to quit, the Mariners battled back from lat deficits twice, and won when Ken Griffey Jr. scored from first base on Edgar Martinze's double, touching off a wild scene in the Kingdome that's captured in this stirring photo of Griffey being mobbed by delirious teammates. Griffey's near-perfect 10 signature is on the photo in black marker. The lot also includes the actual lineup card filled out and signed by manager Lou Piniella in blue pen, with the signature rating a high 8, as well as two used game ticket stubs, a laminated yellow press pass pin, and a larger yellow AL all-purpose necklace pass. All the items are in near mint condition.
