Between them, this magical trio of Hall of Famers sent 1,418 balls screaming over stadium walls,
though Ted Williams may have seen Joe DiMaggio and Mickey Mantle as insurmountable obstacles to the one milestone that eluded his grasp, a world championship. Joe D and the Mick had no such hurdles, winning 17 rings. This excellent-condition, 7" x 9" black and white photograph of the fearsome threesome posed before a game at Yankee Stadium in the early 1950s bears their signatures, DiMaggio's in dark blue sharpie, Mantle's and Williams' in lighter blue marker. All three signatures are sharp and bold, rating high 8s.
