The 2000 World Series was a showcase for Derek Jeter to prove his reputation as a guy who excels in big pressure games. Jeter went 9-for-22 to rack up a .409 average and hit two home runs in the New York Yankees' 4 games to 1 victory over the crosstown Mets, a performance that earned him Series MVP honors. Arguably the best young player in the game, the slick shortstop makes any item he signs highly coveted,, and this pair of Yankee Stadium press passes issued to the Fox network each bears a particularly good Jeter signature in dark blue marker, each rating a near-perfect 10. The excellent-condition passes, with white string necklace attached, are green and white and are shaped like a home plate, measuring 41/2" x 6". The official World Series 2000 logo is in the upper left corner and in the center are the words "TV Right Shoulder." Each pass comes with a certificate of authenticity.
