One of the greatest NHL players of our time Ray Bourque has been called the "ultimate Bruin". He ranks high on most of the teams statistical lists including leading most games played, assists, points, and playoff points. On March 18, of last year, he became the first defender in the history of the NHL to score 400 goals. This helmet was used by Bourque as a Bruin and shows tremendous use. It was manufactured by CCM and has his jersey number "7" on the back. Most of the interior padding has fallen out and the visor is no longer attatched. There are many puck and hit marks on the helmet. The helmet was originally obtained from Frosty Forestall, a Bruins equipment manager. A letter of authenticity accompanies this piece.
