Hall of Fame goaltender Tony Esposito's best season may have been the 1969-1970 season. That year he allowed 2.17 goals per game, had an amazing 15 shutouts, was named to the all-star team and won both the Calder and Vezina trophy. Esposito's dominance continued throughout his 15 seasons until his retirement after the 1983-1984 season. In the neck of the jersey, worn by Esposito in his final year as a pro, is the "CCM" label. On the back tail is the name "Gunzo's" next to the "CCM" emblem. On the front of the shirt is the Blackhawks logo. On the back of the jersey is a white nameplate with the name "Esposito" in black tackle twill. The number "35" appears on the back of the shirt as well as both sleevs. The numbers are in black on red tackle twill. The jersey was signed by Esposito on the front of the jersey just below the Blackhawks emblem in black marker. The signature rates at least a 9. The jersey shows great game use and comes with a letter of authenticity.
