In only five years, Gary Sanchez has entrenched himself as the Yankees catcher of the future. In August of 2019, Sanchez hit home run number 100 becoming the fastest catcher to do so. That feat also made him the second fastest player to reach the century mark. The 2017 Silver Slugger recipient wore this jersey on August 16, 2016.
