On November 3, 1995, Patrick Ewing became the all-time Knicks leader in games played. After the season, in which he averaged 22.5 points, 10.6 rebounds and 2.1 blocked shots per game, Ewing signed an $18 million-a-year contract, the richest in NBA history up to then. On the left front tail is the "Champion" exclusive label with the year "95 96" and "Body Length +4." Next to this is the "Champion" label with the size "50." Across the front of the jersey is the name "New York" in orange on blue tackle twill. The player number "33" appears on both the front and back in orange on blue tackle twill. On the upper left front is the "NBA" patch. The jersey comes with a pair of shorts. In the waistband is the "Champion" exclusive label with "Rise +2 Inseam +4." Next to this is the "Champion" label with the size "44." The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
