Magic Johnson gave the NBA much more than just pure basketball ability. He gave the NBA personality. No one wanted to win more than Magic, and during his career, no one did. Johnson led his Los Angeles Lakers to five NBA titles during his career and revolutionized the point guard position with his 6'9" frame. On the left front tail is the "Champion" label with the year "1912" and "Body Length +3". Next to this is the "Champion" label with the size "44". Across the front of the jersey is the name "Lakers" and on the back is the name "Johnson". The player number "32" appears on both the front and back of the jersey. All the letters and numbers are made of purple on white tackle twill. On the upper left front is the "NBA" patch and on the lower front is an inscription in black marker rating an 8 reading "To Shaq Keep Working Hard!! Your #1 Fan Magic Johnson #32". Magic gave the jersey to Shaquille O'Neal personally after he wore it in the preseason. The jersey comes with a letter from Shaq's teammate at LSU as well as his personal manager at Orlando. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
