When Michael Jordan was selected by the Chicago Bulls in the first round of the 1984 draft no one could have known that the game would never again be the same. From the moment he first took the court in a professional game he began to make his mark on the game winning Rookie of the year honors in 1985. Over the next thirteen seasons Jordan went on to become the greatest player the game had ever seen producing some of the most staggering numbers imaginable including his career average of 31.5 points per game, and his career high of 69 points in a game. A two time Olympic gold medalist Jordan was an eleven time NBA all-star, and is currently the Chicago Bulls all time leading scorer, also assists steals and games. He lead his team to 6 NBA championships and was the MVP in all. When retired for the last and final time he left behind a game that he forever changed, and would never forget him. On the left front tail is the year tag "88" and below is the "3" LB" tag denoting three extra inches in body length. Both these labels are made of black Swiss embroidered stitch. Next to the year tag is the Chicago Bulls exclusive label and below is the "Sand-Knit" label with the size "44." Across the front of the jersey is the name "Bulls" in black on white letters and on the back is the name "Jordan" in white letters. The player number "23" appears on both the front and back of the jersey in black on white numbers. All the letters and numbers have been ironed on. On the upper left front is the "NBA" patch and Jordan has signed the jersey on the lower front. The signature rates a 9. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
