After being drafted in the first round of the 1984 NBA draft, John Stockton proved that the Jazz made a wise choice. Stockton holds the NBA record for steals as well as for assists. He is also one of only three men to total over 1000 assists in a season. On the left front tail of the jersey, worn by Stockton in the 1996 All Star Game, is the "Champion" exclusive label with the size "42". Written on the front of the jersey in teal on black tackle twill is "NBA All Stars". The name "Stockton" appears on the back of the jersey in black tackle twill. The number "12" appears on both the front and back of the jersey in teal on black tackle twill. The front of the jersey also includes the "NBA" patch. The jersey shows game use and has a letter from the Utah Jazz.
