John Offerdahl was a versatile linebacker for a terrific Dolphin defense in the early 1990s. At the base of the "V" neck is the "NFL" patch. On the left front tail is the "Wilson" exclusive label and adjacent is the size tag "50". On the back of the jersey is a teal mesh nameplate with the name "Offerdahl" in white letters. The player number "56" appears on the front, back and on each shoulder of the jersey in white on orange numbers. The letters and numbers have been ironed-on. On the right sleeve are the initials "JR" commemorating the death of Joe Robbie. The letters are made of teal Swiss embroidered stitch. The neck has been custom cut and hemmed. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
