Dan Dierdorf was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1996. On the front left tail is a “Sand-Knit” distributor’s tag that reads “Designed & Tailored Exclusively For The ST. LOUIS CARDINALS”. Adjacent below is another “Sand-Knit” size “52” tag with washing instructions. The player number “72” appears on the front, back and both shoulders painted in white. Across the back reads “DIERDORF” in white nylon lettering on a mesh nameplate which has been restored. This jersey has custom sleeves. Pair of white “Nike” cleats with red “Nike” logos. Original lacing included. Player number “72” written in black marker on the inside sole of each cleat. This jersey and pair of cleats are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used and in our opinion show excellent use.
