An outstanding field general for the New York Giants, Phil Simms led his team to victory in Super Bowl XXI, by completing 22 out of 25 passes, a Super Bowl record. On the left tail of the jersey is "Champion" label including the size "L". Next to this is a tag stating "4" Extra Length". The player number "11" appears on the front, back and n each sleeve of the jersey. The numbers are painted on blue with a red backing. On the back of the jersey is a white mesh nameplate with the name "Simms" in blue ironed on letters. The nameplate has been sewn on to the shirt. There is blue/red/blue trim around the neck and on the ends of each sleeve. The jersey shows good game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
