Kobe Bryant captured his fourth NBA championship with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2009, defeating the Orlando Magic in five games. Bryant won his first of two Finals MVP awards in the series averaging 32.4 points, 7.4 assists and 5.6 rebounds in a staggering 43.8 minutes per game. Kobe will become a first ballot Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame inductee and earned nearly every accolade the NBA has to offer. Bryant wore this road jersey on June 9th, 2009 in Game 3 of the NBA finals. Kobe scored 31 points while adding 8 assists and 3 rebounds in the contest. On the front left tail is the Adidas manufacturer’s tag with four attached flag tags reading the size “54”, “CLIMALITE”, the year “2008-2009” and “LENGTH +4”. Adjacent below is a MeiGray Group tag with the serial number “AMO10669”. On the upper left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered and on the upper right chest is the Larry O’Brien trophy patch which was added for the finals. Across the chest reads “LAKERS” and on the back is the player name “BRYANT”. Both are done in gold on white tackle twill. The player number “24” appears on the front and back in white on gold tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a NBA LOA and a Photo-Match.com LOA confirming the match and grading the jersey a perfect 10.
