Sid Watson played halfback from 1955-57 for the Pittsburgh Steelers, a team that can be summed up by the words: "what might have been." Incredible as it seems, three future Hall of Fame quarterbacks – Johnny Unitas, Jack Kemp and Len Dawson – briefly were with the team during this period, yet none of them won a job. Watson wore this gritty, handsome blue wool and gold
leather-sleeved jacket with button-down front. A sunny gold football-shaped crest on the left breast reads "Pittsburgh Steelers Football Club" and two gold stripes border the neck and the bottom edge. Age has produced various staining and signs of wear and there is a small hole on the upper back, but the overall look reflects the tough-as-nails attitude of the team and its fans.
