Future Hall of Famer Vince Carter earned Rookie of the Year honors following an electrifying debut season for the Toronto Raptors, who obtained him in a draft day trade. On the front left tail is the Nike manufacturer’s tag size “48”. Attached is a flag tag reading “LENGTH +3 MADE IN THE U.S.A.”. On the left inseam is a flag tag with jersey materials and washing instructions and a Nike “1998-99” flag tag. On the upper left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads “Raptors” in silver on black tackle twill. Adjacent below and on the back is the player number “15”. These are done in white on black tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name “CARTER” in white tackle twill on a black nameplate. Carter signed the back of the jersey in silver and in our opinion rates an 8.
