The brother of the "Refrigerator" William Perry, Michael Dean Perry enjoyed a tremendous amount of success in the NFL. In the neck of the jersey is a label reading "96-48" denoting the year and size, respectively. The player number "95" is written on this label in black magic marker. There are some crossed out numbers on this label as well. At the base of the "V" neck is the "NFL" patch. On the left front tail is the "Nike" label and adjacent are the size tags "48 Long". On the back of the jersey is an orange nameplate with the name "Perry". The player number "95" appears on the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey. All the letters and numbers are made of white on blue tackle twill. The sleeves have been custum cut. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
