This lot consists of two Rawlings manufactured OAL Brown and Budig baseballs multi-signed by pitchers who gave up home runs to Mickey Mantle & Roger Maris. The first ball is signed by Tracy Stallard on the sweet spot with the added inscription "Maris #61 10/1/61". Paul Foytack signed above with "1st HR Roger Maris 4-26-61" and beneath the sweet spot is the signature of Jack Ficher with "Maris #60 9-26-61". In our opinion the signatures rate between 7-9. The second ball is signed by Randy Gumpert on the sweet spot with the added inscription "Mantle's 1st ML HR 5-1-51". Duane Pillette signed beneath with "Mantle's 7th HR 5-4-57" and in our opinion the signatures rate between 4-7.
