Future Hall of Famer Vince Carter wore this warm-up jacket during his rookie season in 1998-99. Inside the rear neck is the Nike manufacturers tag size “XL” with an attached flag tag reading “MADE IN THAILAND XL”. On the left inseam is a flag tag with jacket materials and washing instructions. On the left chest is a Raptors “TR” logo and on the right chest is a Nike “swoosh” logo. Across the back reads “TORONTO” in silver sparkle tackle twill. The official “NBA” logo appears on the right sleeve. Carter signed the front of the jacket in silver marker with the added inscription “ROY - 99” and in our opinion the signature rates a near 9. There is clear evidence of prior framing down the sides and on the sleeves with residue remaining. This jacket is properly tagged, was presented to us as player-worn and shows use. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA and a photo of Carter signing the jacket.
