Inside the left ear flap is a 1985 recertified sticker and inside the right ear are multiple warning labels. The inside padding is fully intact. Vertically down the back of the helmet is a piece of blue dymo tape reading the player name “BATES” with an additional warning label and size “L” sticker to the right. The front bumper reads “BIKE” and the sides have a Cowboys star logo decal. The facemask is fully intact. This helmet is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and shows wear.
