Desmond Howard won the 1991 Heisman Trophy as a member of the Michigan Wolverines. On the front left tail is the Russell Athletic manufacturers tag size “50” with washing instructions. Attached are two flag tags reading “100% NYLON” and “2” Extra Length”. The player number “21” appears on the front and back painted in maize. The player number “21” also appears on both sleeves and across the back on a navy blue nameplate reads the player name “HOWARD”. These are done in maize vinyl. On both shoulders reads “MICHIGAN Big Ten Champions 88-89-90-91” with a depiction of a rose intertwined. This jersey is properly tagged and was presented to us as game-issued.
