Before the 1990-91 season Wayne Gretzky changed from a Titan stick to a new Easton aluminum stick. With “The Great Ones” profound influence on the NHL, this move to aluminum changed the face of professional hockey. Easton manufactured stick blade signed by Gretzky on the front in bold black marker and in our opinion the signature rates a 9. The back of the blade reads “EASTON HAND MADE PRO PATTERN”. Mild scuffing is present however it does not interfere with the autograph. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA.
