Lucas, a 6'9" forward from Marquette, was a fierce rebounder and defensive player. He played 14 years of pro basketball, including playing a key role in Portland's 1977 NBA championship. Lucas played in one ABA and four NBA All-Star games. On the right front tail of the jersey is the "Rawlings" label and size "44." Adjacent to this is the flag tag reading "5 Inch Extra Length." Across the front of the jersey is the name "Kentucky" and on the back is the name "Lucas." The player number "25" appears on both the front and back of the jersey. Inside the waistband of the shorts is the "Rawlings" label and size "38." Adjacent is a label reading "Plus 3/4" Rise 1/2" Inseam." The jersey and shorts show game-use and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
