Bob Ferry, known today as the longtime GM of the Washington Bullets/Wizards (and father of Spurs' forward Danny Ferry), was a 6-foot-8 forward from St. Louis University, In 1959, he wore this gold-colored jersey at the Ararat Shrine Game in Kansas City and impressed enough people to be drafted by the St. Louis Hawks, beginning a 10-year NBA career. The jersey, which shows some light staining, has the number "43" and "Ararat Shrine All-Star" in green and red on the front with seven stars, and the number "43" and 8 stars on the back. There are no alterations of any kind.
