St. Louis All-American Bob Ferry racked up 1,128 points and 743 rebounds from 1956-59, placing him 15th and 7th best repectively in Billiken history. In 1959, he competed in the College All-Star Game wearing this jersey, which is blue with red and white trim around the neck. It has the words "College All Stars" stitched on the front in white felt with a red border, and the number "43" on the front and back. The jersey has no alterations of any kind.
