This is a piece of memorabilia from the 1943 All Star Game. It is a "Hillerich and Bradsby Co." bat made in Louisville, KY. The black commemorative bat reads "National League All Stars 1943" in faded green block letters near the company inscription. There are inscriptions of the players signatures and some with their printed names. Names include Musial, John Vander Meer, Ott, Galan, Herman, Dahlgren and Lombardi. The bat is ex-Halper and is in VG-EX condition.
