Wade Boggs was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2005 on the first ballot. Adirondack bat that measures 34 inches and weighs 32 ounces. Stamped into the knob is “456BM” “335” and “98”. Handwritten on the knob is the number “12” and “32 Boggs”. The bat shows evidence of game-use with ball marks throughout the barrel and a coating of pine tar on the handle. Boggs signed the front barrel in silver marker with the added inscription “98 Season Game Used” and in our opinion rates a near 8. Accompanied by a Bogs LOA, an ALOA from JSA and a PSA/DNA Pre-Certification LOA.
