Dave Winfield was a first-ballot Hall of Famer in 2001. A World Series champion, Winfield was a 12-time All-Star and earned seven Gold Glove Awards and six Silver Slugger Awards. On the front left tail is the Wilson manufacturer’s tag size “46” with washing instructions and an attached flag tag reading “CY”. Inside the rear collar is a strip tag reading “Winfield 89 1” embroidered in navy blue. On the left chest is the team’s “NY” logo and on the back is the player number “31”. These are done in navy blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the pinstriped jersey. This jersey is properly tagged and was presented to us as game-issued.
