This lot of Mark McGwire memorabilia from the last days of the 1998 season commemorates the last nine dingers of Big Mac's epic, record-smashing 70-homer campaign. There are six unused tickets dating back to September 15 at Busch Stadium when he cracked No. 63 against the Pirates, two from Milwaukee's County Stadium where he hit Nos. 64 and 65, and three more from the season-ending series at Busch against the Expos when he belted Nos. 66 through 70. There is also a red fireman's hat that was presented to McGwire by the St. Louis Fire Dept. after he broke Roger Maris' record. On the hat in yellow lettering is "Big Mac, #62, 9-8-98," and "98 HR King." All items are in excellent condition.
