On the front left tail is the Adidas manufacturer’s tag size “2XL” with an attached flag tag reading “LENGTH +2”. Handwritten on this tag is the player number “12” in black marker and an NBA hologram serial number “LL015814”. On the left inseam is a materials tag with washing instructions and an additional Adidas tag. Inside the rear collar is a ripped flag tag reading “MADE IN THAILAND 2XL2”. Across the front is an “NBA” logo surrounded by stars. On the upper right chest is an “adidas” logo in white. On the back collar is a tag with the “adidas” logo and official “NBA” logo. Howard signed the front of the shirt in silver marker and in our opinion the signature rates a 6. This shooting shirt is properly tagged, was presented to us as player-worn and shows wear. Accompanied by a Lakers LOA and an ALOA from JSA.
