The 1930 "Phutile Phils" finished eighth and last in the NL, but this 5-1/2" x 9" lined sheet of paper is an intriguing document for baseball historians, with the signatures of 23 members of the 1930 team, including Hall of Fame outfielder Chuck Klein. The signatures are all in black fountain pen, rating from 8 to near-10 (Klein's is one of the best), and also includes manager Burt Shotton, Virgil Davis, Denny Southern, Lefty O'Doul, Ray Benge, Pinky Whitney, Don Hurst, Jack Sherlock, etc. The sheet is slightly yellow but overall is in excellent condition.
