Desmond Howard won the 1991 Heisman Trophy. On the front left tail is the Russell Athletic manufacturer’s tag size “48” with washing instructions and an attached flag tag reading “100% NYLON”. Across the front and back is the player number “21” painted in maize. The player number also appears on both sleeves and across the back on a navy blue nameplate is the player name “HOWARD” all screened in maize. On each shoulder are the Rose Bowl “MICHIGAN Big Ten Champions 88-89-90-91” and “Rose Bowl 1992” logos. This jersey is properly tagged and was presented to us as game-issued.
