On the front right tail is the Rawlings manufacturer’s tag size “46” with washing instructions. Adjacent below is the “Wm Fredericks Company” distributor’s tag. Across the front reads “NATIONAL” and across the back is the player name “HART” on a blue nameplate. The player number “17” is on both sleeves. These are screened in white. The player number also appears on the back screened in white on red. Hart signed the back of the jersey in black marker with the added inscription “NFL Pro Bowl” and in our opinion the signature rates a 7. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA.
