One of the best Negro League teams of their era the New York Cubans won the 1947 Negro World Series lead by players like Luis Tiant Sr. and Minnie Minoso. Although we can never know how truly great these players were their memories live on in stories told by old timers like John "Buck" O'Neil. This Cubans replica jersey, manufactured by the Ebbets Field Flannels Company, has been signed by a remarkable 60 former Negro Leaguers. The blue sharpie signatures all rate between 8 and 10 and are all signed on the front of the jersey. Signers include O'Neil, Minoso, Irvin, Bostok Jr., Jenkins, Caldwell, Bunny Warren, McKnight, Luther Hall and many others. The facts that this represents years of work and that a great many of these players are no longer with us make this impossible to duplicate.
