In 1970, with Muhammad Ali exiled and stripped of his title for refusing military induction, filmmaker Jim Jacobs directed the documentary "Muhammad a.k.a. Cassius Clay." The film, which chronicled Ali's greatness and championed the belief that he was unjustly punished, helped sway public opinion and revive Ali's career. This 26" x 39" poster from the movie shows Ali going wild after his victory over Sonny Liston and splashes the quotation, "I am the greatest motion picture ever made!" across the top. (Boxing buffs will note that the producer, William Cayton, later became Mike Tyson's manager.) The poster is in excellent condition with one vertical and three horizontal folds.
